COVID - New Office Protocol

1) Only emergency appointments for people over 65.

2) Call to inform the office if you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, exposure to someone known or suspected to have Corona virus so that the office reschedule your appointment. 

3) Instead of waiting in the office please park in the parking lot and call the office and we will let you inside as soon as possible.

4) Only patients with scheduled appointments will be seen. This means no walk-in appointments. 

5) One parent can accompany a minor child.

6) Upon entry your temperature will be taken and health screen performed.

If you have fever cough or shortness of breath you will be sent to urgent care or ER depending on severity. 
We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented health situation.

Premier ENT is monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) closely. The safety of our patients, employees and community is our highest priority during this time.

We are now offering telemedicine appointments to accommodate the CDC recommendations. We offer zoom, facetime and telephone appointments. Please make sure to fill out our telemedicine consent prior to your appointment.

If your telemedicine is not accommodating for you, you can still request to be seen in our clinic. Before you visit our clinic, please read the following screening questions. If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, please contact your primary care physician by phone before making your appointment with us.

• Do you have any of the following: fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath?
• Have you been in close contact with someone diagnosed or quarantined for COVID-19?
• Have you traveled out of state in the last 14 days?

Patients will be screened at the entrance of our clinic.
