1) Only emergency appointments for people over 65.
2) Call to inform the office if you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, exposure to someone known or suspected to have Corona virus so that the office reschedule your appointment.
3) Instead of waiting in the office please park in the parking lot and call the office and we will let you inside as soon as possible.
4) Only patients with scheduled appointments will be seen. This means no walk-in appointments.
5) One parent can accompany a minor child.
6) Upon entry your temperature will be taken and health screen performed.
If you have fever cough or shortness of breath you will be sent to urgent care or ER depending on severity.

If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, please contact your primary care physician by phone before making your appointment with us.
